TITLE:   Data Analyst (Multiple Positions)


LOCATION:       Westlake Village, CA and various and unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. (Must be willing to work anywhere in the U.S. as the position may involve relocation to various and unanticipated client site locations; any relocation to be paid by employer pursuant to internal policy.)

 

DUTIES:             Develop and maintain robust system designs and data flow architectures, ensuring efficient data processing and integration. Review design work of team members, providing guidance and support to optimize solutions and improve performance. Participate in all client meetings, understanding their requirements, and translating them into actionable technical designs. Identify and resolve bottlenecks in data processing, enhancing system performance and reliability. Create comprehensive technical documentation for designs and processes, facilitating knowledge sharing and onboarding. Design and implement scalable data architectures, supporting large-scale data ingestion, storage, and processing. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated data solutions. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of data workflows. Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide technical expertise. Create the common framework for multiple regions data, which has multiple sources (databases & different types of files). Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc. EOE

 

REQTS:               Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the position offered, as a Data Warehousing Specialist, or a related position. Must have five (5) years of experience with all of the following: Extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data for analysis and developing data pipelines using the following tools, technologies, and platforms: Informatica, Veeva Network, Veeva Salesforce CRM, Wherescape RED, and Databricks; Implementing Pyspark for scalable, versioned data lake storage supporting time travel and schema evolution; Working with claims, patient activity, and provider datasets under HIPAA compliance, collaborating with data scientists and analysts to deliver reliable data assets for risk adjustment and healthcare analytics; Performing statistical analysis, using quantitative methods, data visualization tools, and Python, R, or Excel, to interpret trends, build predictive models, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders; Designing and maintaining scalable data integration solutions across cloud platforms, including Azure Databricks, and AWS Redshift, for enterprise reporting needs; Performing exploratory data analysis (EDA) on structured and unstructured datasets to identify anomalies, patterns, and correlations supporting business intelligence; and Building reusable Python frameworks and modules to standardize data processing and validation across projects.

 

HOURS:             Full-Time; Mon-Fri (40 hrs/week)

 

SALARY:                           $163,010 - $163,010 per year
