How you will impact the organization…

The Master Data Management (MDM) and Technology Data Analyst is key in data management and providing daily support to sales teams and processes in Salesforce. They oversee all aspects of CRM and Data Maintenance and work with the Project Manager on solutions that follow best practices. They provide data to the Sr. Director and cross functional organizations to support initiatives, including commissions, GTM planning, and manage overall Data health and cleanliness in Salesforce. 


The value you will deliver…

  • Data Extraction and Cleaning: Pull data from Salesforce and ensure it's clean, accurate, and ready for analysis. 
  • Data Analysis: Use Salesforce data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. 
  • Data Visualization: Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. 
  • Data Quality: Monitor and improve the quality of data within Salesforce. 
  • Data Management: Develop and maintain best practices related to data management policies and procedures. 
  • Collaboration: Work with Salesforce administrators, business users, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide relevant insights. 
  • Reporting: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. 
  • Automation: Automate repetitive tasks using tools like Data Loader or SOQL. 
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve data issues and discrepancies. 
  • Data Migration: Support data migration activities, including generating files for bulk data updates. 
  • Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data laws and regulations. 
  • Business Analysis: Translate business requirements into data or process needs. 
  • Partnering with Project Manager on projects as needed
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Consensus reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.


What you will bring to the table…

  • 2+ years of salesforce support experience, including user setup and data management, with full understanding of object relationships.
  • 2+ years in a support role with Tableau, Looker Studio, or Salesforce built-in analytics 
  • Experience contributing to cross-functional projects including understanding of project life cycles. 
  • Experience researching CRM and sales processes to determine industry best practices. 
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights in data. 
  • Communication skills: Ability to explain technical information to a broad audience. 
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve data issues. 
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales cycles and related processes.
  • Bachelors Degree or 2 years minimum experience in a data analytics and/or salesforce administration role preferred

You will stand out if you also have…

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified Salesforce Data Analyst preferred.
  • LeanData 6 months+ administration and/or admin certification.


Additional details…

  • Location requirements: Hybrid:  Los Angeles, Las Vegas, or Dallas.
  • Travel requirements: Up to 10% travel. 
  • Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time.
  • Technology requirements: Reliable, high speed internet
  • Eligible for sponsorship: No 

The salary range for this role is $80,000-$90,000 USD annually.  The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits. This job doesn't have an expiration date and will remain open until a qualified candidate is hired.
