We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help turn data into actionable insights. You will work with business and product teams to analyze data, identify trends, and create reports that support better decision-making.

This role is suitable for both Junior and Middle-level candidates, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from different sources.

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in business and product data.

  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular insights.

  • Support data-driven decision-making across the business.

  • Validate data quality and investigate discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams.

  • Maintain clear documentation of reports, metrics, and analytical processes.

RequirementsJunior Level
  • 1+ year of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field.

  • Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Basic knowledge of SQL.

  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Ability to communicate findings clearly.

  • Good English communication skills.

Middle Level
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases.

  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.

  • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

  • Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.

  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Good English communication skills.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis.

  • Experience with cloud data platforms.

  • Familiarity with product, marketing, or customer analytics.

  • Experience working with SaaS or technology companies.

  • Knowledge of A/B testing and basic statistical concepts.

  • Experience working in healthcare or other data-sensitive industries.
