What will you do?
Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to lead data-driven initiatives, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency.
Blend your expertise for data driven solutions with your passion for building sustainable and effective end to end data products.
Use your deep understanding of advanced analytics to design and execute analytical projects, including data collection, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation. As well as explore predictive models, algorithms, and visualizations in order to extract meaningful insights from large datasets. Communicate important findings and recommendations to clients through engaging presentations and reports.
This is a high visibility role where you will be working closely with our leader of Data Solutions, and CompassX founders in a growing practice with opportunities to enhance your skill set and build your career.
Also, as a valued member of the company, you would contribute to the growth of the firm. Your participation could be on the account, practice areas, recruiting, mentoring, or internal initiatives.
What do you bring?
- Experienced consultant who is able to work independently with clients
- 5+ years of Data Analysis expertise which spans modern data analysis and visualization tools and strong coding (especially Tableau/Power BI and Python/SQL)
- Expertise in statistical analysis, and exposure to the end to end data lifecycle
- Track record of collaborating with others to support end to end data solutions that solve challenging business problems
- Confident approach to consult with clients to truly understand the business problems that technical solutions will solve
- Clear communicator who can interact and influence a variety of both technical and business stakeholders
