THE ROLE

We’re looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Solution Architect with a proven expertise in Supply Chain (Trade & Logistics) functionality to join our US Delivery Team. You will be working with our certified Microsoft experts as well as with other leading global partners to transform business by connecting people and processes.

This is a full-time work-from-home position. This job may require up to 25% travel or more when working remotely.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Supply Chain Solution Architect will be responsible to work on customer implementations, upgrades, and support of Microsoft Dynamics® 365 Finance and Supply Chain. Working in partnership with Avantiico’s Delivery & Support teams, you will be responsible for reviewing client business processes, re-engineering the client’s processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the functional tasks required for a successful Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation. You will have the periodic responsibility of troubleshooting and resolving customer support cases in your area of expertise, as assigned by the Managed Services Manager. Additionally, this role will assist in pre-sales/marketing activities including but not limited to producing written content, short videos, webinars, and in-person presentations.

You have extensive application expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (Trade & Logistics) functionality for handling procurement and sourcing, sales order, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and master planning. A successful candidate must also have deep knowledge of reporting features and Power BI. Acting as a solution advisor and establishing client relations is vital to the role.  Additionally, the right candidate will be an individual with a strong attention to detail in business process improvements and the ability to see the big picture.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven advisory role experience and solution presentation skills, with a strong ability to effectively lead and present complex SCM solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • 9+ years of relevant experience and at least two full lifecycle implementations in Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O with a focus in Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Strong understanding of ERP architecture and integration strategies.
  • Deep business and application expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain (Trade & Logistics) functionality including manufacturing, procurement and sourcing, sales order, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and master planning.
  • Cross-functional knowledge of two or more D365 modules and functional capabilities in Finance, Project Accounting and Management, Service Management/Field Service, Commerce, and Power BI
  • Knowledge and experience of Freight Reconciliation and Demand Planning is a plus. Additionally, knowledge of other D365 key functional areas including Talent, HR/Payroll, Customer Engagement (CRM), and machine learning is a plus.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and reporting features/ capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Has a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, full life-cycle implementations of D365 in a Consulting role.
  • Understanding of Life Cycle Services, DevOps and good consulting practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems or Information Technology is a plus
  • Current certification a plus (D365 and others), or the ability to obtain after joining within 90 days of employment.

Compensation for roles at Avantiico varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Avantiico provides a reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position as set forth below.

$150,000$225,000 USD
