SUMMARY
The D365 Developer/Analyst configures, customizes, and enhances Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet evolving business needs. This position analyzes requirements, builds integrations, and ensures optimal system performance and data accuracy. The role collaborates with stakeholders, delivers documentation, and provides user training to support successful adoption. Microsoft D365 experience is required

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Configure and customize D365 modules, workflows, and integrations.
· Collaborate with business users to gather and refine system requirements.
· Develop technical solutions and create functional specifications for enhancements.
· Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing to validate system changes.
· Provide user training, support, and troubleshooting assistance.
· Maintain technical documentation and ensure code quality standards.
· Integrate D365 with third-party applications to streamline data flows.
· Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
· Stay current with D365 updates, tools, and best practices.
· Work closely with the Director of Enterprise Business Systems to align enhancements with strategic objectives.
· Follow company policies and practices as outlined in the Employee Handbook and/or applicable employment agreement. Follows safety guidelines and procedures in accordance with the job.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
· Minimum 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
· Specialized experience with D365 configuration, customization, and integration tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and Azure services.
· Relevant certifications in D365 or related technologies.
