Job Responsibilities:
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Print out cycle count lists from Excel / T4M
  • Physically Counting Inventory
  • Data entry into Excel /T4M
  • Print out adjustments recommendations list and return to the Materials Analysts
  • Assist with root cause problem resolution
  • Audit inventory locations to ensure maintenance of 5S standards
  • Audit trailers
  • Assist with Blackhawk training and communication within Assembly
  • Document and chart all audit findings with Materials Analysts
  • Work with Material Analysts to correct inventory in Trans4m and Blackhawk
  • Perform any other reasonable request by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Strong organizational, self- starter and prioritizing abilities;
  • Ability to work as a team to gather and analyze information independently;
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word Outlook. T4M (ERP software);
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Effective problem solver;
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to different situations

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
  • Candidate must demonstrate a proven track record in performance and attendance in current position (below 3 points and below Written Warning).
  • Aptitude for working with numbers and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to problem solve effectively.
  • Ability to take initiative and follow through to job completion.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good organizational skills.

Physical Demands - Normal amount of walking, sitting and standing; Ability to move around an office environment and on the production floor. Ability to work at a computer workstation; Ability to bend, twist, lift, reach. Required to carry out job duties and responsibilities in a work environment that may include, but is not limited to, varying levels of noise and/or temperature. Ability to lift max. 50lbs periodically.
This position will require a certain amount of training in-house. The person who accepts the position will be expected to follow a learning curve with continuous development. As part of the selection process, various testing will take place to target the personal attributes required in the role.
