Modivcare is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer II to join our team. This position is responsible for safeguarding our organization's data, systems, and networks. Daily tasks will include monitoring, troubleshooting, and responding to security incidents, ensuring the organization's data and infrastructure are protected through the enablement of appropriate security controls.

  • Contributes to the planning and design of advanced security measures.

  • Leads the implementation of security controls and measures.

  • Monitors security measures actively and respond to security breaches.

  • Troubleshoots complex security and network problems.

  • Leads change management processes related to security enhancements.

  • Conducts advanced vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.

  • Manages daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communication.

  • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.

  • Occasional business travel may be required.

We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following…
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Three (3) plus years of experience in cybersecurity.

  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent is a plus.

  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

  • Proficiency in cybersecurity concepts, security tools, and technologies.

  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary: $80,150 - $105,450
