Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our Threat Command team. In this role, you will investigate global cyber events and dark web threats, provide actionable intelligence to our customers, and support mitigation efforts through timely and accurate analysis.
About the Team
The Threat Command team delivers external threat intelligence that protects our customers from phishing, data leaks, impersonations, and dark web activity, helping them stay ahead of evolving threats.
About the Role
As a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable threat intelligence to customers.
Specifically, your focus will be to:

• Respond to customer RFIs and conduct in-depth investigations.
• Analyze ongoing cyberattacks such as phishing, ransomware, and data leakage.
• Track and engage with threat actors across the clear, deep, and dark web.
• Provide context and recommendations to help customers mitigate threats.

The skills and qualities you'll bring include:

• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• 1+ years of cyber intelligence or OSINT experience.
• 2+ years of cybersecurity industry experience or equivalent education.
• Familiarity with dark web communities and ecosystems.
• Experience with OSINT, HUMINT, and investigation techniques.
• Understanding of cybercrime TTPs, attack vectors, and threat actors.
• Ability to synthesize incomplete or missing data into actionable insights.
• Business understanding and familiarity with corporate security solutions.
