TTEC Digital seeks a UX Designer to join our CX Consulting practice area. This is a 100% remote opportunity!
We are looking for a strategic and tactical thinker who has a growth mindset and a track record designing and developing customized customer experience and employee experience solutions powered by best-in-class digital platforms.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and clients to understand their business objectives, user needs, and market requirements
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and/or competitive analysis to inform design decisions and ensure user-centric solutions
- Execute on Visual Design from initial concepts to a refined design with some guidance and coaching
- Execute on Wireframes & Prototypes (low, mid and high fidelity) with minimum guidance & coaching
- Deliver on multiple workstreams or accounts at the same time
- Be an advocate for the user centric design at our company
- Contribute to the company’s Design culture
What You Will Bring:
- 2+ years of UI/UX Design experience, preferably within a consulting or agency environment
- Digital portfolio, user-centered design projects and user experiences is required
- Proficiency in designing and prototyping in Figma and/or XD
- Have practiced using design methods such as Heuristic Evaluations, Design Thinking workshops, to build empathy for our users
- Have a working knowledge of Design Systems
- Ability to design across various channels, including the Web. Mobile app, etc
- Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Great working knowledge of user research methods, information architecture, and interaction design.
- A passion for user-centered design and a continuous drive to stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Minimum Bachelor’s level degree required
- Remote with the ability to travel to clients for key meetings
