Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a Customer Value Strategist to own and scale our Customer Value Program across Marketing, Sales, and Sales Enablement. This role will drive the strategy, execution, and measurement of business value initiatives that prove customer outcomes and accelerate sales cycles. You'll lead strategic initiatives such as developing benchmarks, creating enablement content, and establishing data-driven frameworks that demonstrate the quantifiable impact of the Falcon Platform.

This is a fully remote position reporting to the Director, Value Strategy and Program.

What You'll Do:

Value Program & Stakeholder Management

  • Proactively own business value workstreams from ideation through enablement to measurement, managing complex, cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Field Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product teams

  • Strategically tackle problems and brainstorm solutions by understanding the cross-functional stakeholders and their needs

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders across the organization to drive "One CrowdStrike" alignment

  • Develop project plans, manage timelines, and drive accountability across multiple concurrent initiatives

Business Value Strategy & Content Development

  • Design and build business value benchmark and customer outcome frameworks based on internal and external data sources such as Falcon Platform data, industry and analyst reports, and customer validated KPIs

  • Develop compelling business value narratives and enablement materials (playbooks, webinars, case studies) tailored to different audiences

  • Translate complex product technical capabilities into quantifiable business outcomes

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Build and maintain dashboards that track program KPIs, customer outcomes, and business value metrics

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, validate value propositions, and optimize value models

  • Monitor industry reports, research, and competitive trends; advise the Value Engineering team on model updates and optimizations

  • Demonstrate ROI and program impact through data-driven storytelling

Enablement & Optimization

  • Enable field teams through targeted training, office hours, and just-in-time support

  • Provide technical and operational support for program tooling

  • Continuously optimize user experience and program effectiveness based on feedback and data

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in business value, sales operations, product marketing, or strategic program management within enterprise B2B SaaS

  • Proven track record developing strategies, benchmarks, and enablement in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams

  • Strong project/program management skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced environments

  • Data fluency: Comfortable with data analysis, building dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar), and translating data into actionable insights

  • Mastery of financial metrics (NPV, IRR, Payback, TCO) and value-based selling methodologies (MEDDPICC, Value Selling, etc.)

  • Excellent content creation and communication skills; ability to craft compelling narratives for technical and executive audiences

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar platforms

  • High emotional intelligence and executive presence; comfortable presenting to senior leadership

Bonus Points:

  • Experience managing SaaS applications and collaborating with Product teams on requirements, roadmaps, and UX optimization

  • Background in cybersecurity or adjacent industries

  • Experience with customer success metrics and outcome-based selling

You'll Thrive If You:

  • Like to put yourself in your user’s shoes to understand their pain points, then solve them

  • Excel in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with competing priorities

  • Are naturally curious and stay current on industry trends and best practices

  • Take ownership of outcomes and drive initiatives to completion

  • Collaborate effectively across functions and influence without authority

  • Balance strategic thinking with tactical execution

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
