The ideal candidate needs to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, is great at multi-tasking and can handle a fast-paced environment. Along the way, you will learn how to handle Technical Support inquiries and troubleshoot the next generation of electric Onewheel boards and Antic Bikes! You will learn first-hand how our boards operate and are powering the future of mobility!

Responibilities:
- Answer customers over the phone and email via a ticketing system
- Provide assistance with ecommerce related issues: returns/refunds, shipments, presales inquiries
- Investigate and follow up on damaged or missing package claims
- Help customers place successful orders through Onewheel.com or Anticbikes.com or provide directions on how to find Onewheel products at local authorized dealers
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues on our products
- Build lasting and meaningful relationships with our customers
- Collaborate with cross functional departments on resolutions
- Maintain an upbeat, energetic, and professional demeanor with all customers
- Represent the brand with integrity, a passion for learning, and pride!
- Additional responsibilities as set forth by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of Customer Service industry experience (Hotel, Retail, Food Service, Call Center, etc)
- Experience in a ticketing-based CRM system is a plus
- Familiarity in board sports
- Technical proficiency in Mac OS, Google Workplace Suite, Android and iOS applications
- Minimum typing speed of 50 Words Per Minute
