About Our Team

The Customer Success Operations team drives operational excellence across the order‑to‑fulfillment lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and strong customer outcomes.

Position Overview

This role serves as the customer’s operational advocate, driving proactive communication, accurate execution, and cross functional coordination to meet customer expectations and support revenue, supply, and service goals. The specialist works closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, and other teams to streamline processes, resolve issues, and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Customer & Operational Execution

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned customers, managing inquiries, escalations, and supply commitments. Deliver on supply commitment processes aligned with sales and revenue plans.

  • Monitor backlog, demand signals, and order status to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, and Finance to address supply risks and demand or execution gaps. Support quarter end and critical execution periods through risk identification and mitigation.

  • Communicate customer expectations internally and drive timely actions aligned to service targets.

Customer Advocacy & Experience
  • Build trusted customer relationships through proactive, transparent communication and represent customer needs in internally.

  • Participate in customer business reviews and operational discussions, ensuring clear understanding across teams.

Analytics, Systems & Process Improvement
  • Manage orders and customer data using ERP/CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).

  • Use operational data and dashboards to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and best practice adoption.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience in Customer Success, Order Management, Sales Operations, or Supply Chain Operations in a global environment.

  • Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and operational dashboards.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer centric approach.

  • Knowledge of supply chain concepts, demand planning, and order fulfillment.

  • Experience with continuous improvement or process optimization.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$72,000.00 - $162,000.00 a year

Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
