Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Von by Rattle is an AI sales analyst built to answer go to market questions that typically get stuck in the BI backlog.

Problem we’re trying to solve

Teams ask questions in plain English, and Von reasons across CRM data, customer calls, emails, data warehouses, internal knowledge, and external signals to explain what is happening and why. It delivers decision ready answers in minutes, not weeks. Von is built for high frequency, cross functional questions across Sales, RevOps, Customer Success, and Leadership, replacing manual analysis and slow reporting with immediate, explainable insights. We are early in the journey with Von, with a clear path to rapid growth, built on five years of experience scaling Rattle with modern revenue teams. Our goal is to eliminate the manual drudgery of go to market operations by making answers fast, explainable, and decision ready across the entire revenue stack. Backed by Tier-A investors, including Lightspeed, Insight Partners, Google Ventures, and Sequoia.

What you'll get to do

  • Own the end to end customer experience, from onboarding through adoption, engagement, renewal, and expansion
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by deeply understanding their business goals, workflows, and pain points, and guiding them to measurable outcomes with VON
  • Drive revenue expansion within accounts through renewals, up sell, and cross sell opportunities
  • Define, track, and own customer success metrics, ensuring customers consistently realize value from the product
  • Bring structured customer feedback and insights into product planning, influencing roadmap priorities and product decisions
  • Help build and scale the Customer Success function over time, including hiring, onboarding, and developing future team members

Must have

  • 5 to 6 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager
  • Proven track record of exceeding renewal and expansion targets, with hands on experience leading renewal negotiations
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional customer initiatives that drove measurable outcomes, including increased adoption and engagement, development of senior stakeholder champions, and account growth
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer situations, overcome obstacles, and lead strategic customer conversations
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with a clear ownership mindset and high execution standards
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with comfort working through ambiguity
  • Willingness to work from the office every weekday
