Bold is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help drive delivery of our products through critical implementations allowing Bold to grow with our customers.

To help us achieve our mission, we are looking to hire a Customer Success Manager who is great at working with multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines while delivering a high quality work product, and envisions a world where every aging adult has access to personalized, convenient online workouts. This is a full time role located in LA and will report to our SVP of Partnerships.

As a key member of our Customer Success team, here’s what you’ll do:

Key Outcomes: 

  • Own project management related to customer requests and implementations. Our customers include national and regional health insurance companies, medicare advantage ACOs, and at-risk providers
  • Partner on three or more critical customer launches in the next 6 months 
  • Manage monthly customer invoicing and reporting processes
  • Analyze data and prepare for customer review meetings
  • Create standardized documentation for new customer implementations 
  • Showcase continuous growth to own external customer accounts and implementations

The most important skills for the role are*:

  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or similar role working with enterprise customers
  • Data-centric: ability to use and analyze data to tell a story to an external customer audience
  • Project Management: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to own reporting, track tasks, and work with multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines while delivering a high quality work product
  • Communication: Ability to create presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders while also synthesizing meetings into notes and takeaways for a diverse audience.  Skilled in building relationships both internally and externally while thoughtfully pursuing opportunities for expansion with existing customers. 

In addition to the above, it would be great if you also had: 

  • Experience working in healthcare, including health benefits, health systems/providers, or health plans
  • Experience in a fast paced startup environment
  • Experience presenting to external customers

Compensation: 

We’re committed to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable approach to compensation and anticipate that this position will earn between $80k-110k annually. The exact salary will depend on the amount of relevant and transferable experience you bring to the role. You will also receive meaningful equity in the form of a stock option grant.
