About the Role

We’ve launched the world’s first AI agents for recruiting and are building out our founding customer success team. We're hiring a founding CSM who will work closely with customers, influence product development, and play a role in building out our CS function. 

Core responsibilities

  • Successfully deliver quality candidates to customers using the Moonhub platform 
  • Work closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements
  • Manage all communications with clients and work cross-functionally with sales and product to ensure customer happiness
  • Work closely with product to provide product feedback and influence product roadmap
  • Minimize churn and maximize customer retention 
  • Upsell and contract renewal
