The Customer Success Manager will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.

Be a product expert: understand why customers use Aloware and how they derive value from our platform

  • Perform structured account reviews for customers to gauge, maintain, and nurture key client relationships
  • Proactively identify, address and mitigate risks of churn
  • Contribute ideas that help improve our processes, practices, and tools
  • Provide feedback to the product team concerning customers’ requests for product enhancements
  • Own expansion and renewal efforts for a distinct book of business
  • Train, onboard, and evangelize best practices for new and existing client

Who you are

  • 2+ years experience working in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management and/or Sales
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, VoIP, or communications software roles highly preferred
  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable holding a quota and negotiating contracts
  • You are comfortable building trust and communicating effectively with all types of customers — from C-level, VP, and Director-level contacts, to the end-users of the software
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • C1/C2 level of english
