We're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers make progress and is willing to do the practical work between a question and a useful result.

As a Customer Success Generalist at Endex, you'll support onboarding, customer communications and adoption programs across the customer team. You'll take on changing needs as they surface, keep smaller projects moving and help the team turn recurring customer requests into a clearer operating process.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support New Customers: Prepare onboarding materials, coordinate sessions and follow up on open tasks with the account owner.

  • Investigate the First Blocker: Gather useful context about a customer question, distinguish training from a product issue and route it with a clear next step.

  • Run Customer-Team Projects: Coordinate onboarding preparation, targeted adoption outreach and follow-up from workshops or feature launches.

  • Maintain Customer Context: Keep account notes, open issues and commitments accurate and accessible to the team.

  • Improve the Process: Identify recurring requests and create practical documentation or workflows that reduce friction.

What We're Looking For

  • Customer Mindset: You take a user's problem seriously and care about whether the answer helps.

  • Clear Writing: You communicate accurately and can make an unfamiliar workflow easier to understand.

  • Practical Curiosity: You learn tools quickly and investigate before escalating a question.

  • Strong Organization: You keep track of details across accounts, requests and projects.

  • Flexible Follow-Through: You can work across onboarding, support coordination and adoption programs while keeping account owners informed and commitments visible.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
