We're looking for a highly motivated CSE/TAM to join our growing team supporting customers in the USA. This is a hands-on technical role that requires excellent customer-facing skills. You will be developing and leading the ongoing technical relationship with the customer including strategic guidance, understanding the customer's business and challenges, providing solutions, processes, and best practices for a successful implementation and use of the Akeyless platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a smooth and successful onboarding experience to our new customers
  • Provide thought leadership and support for the best customer experience
  • Accelerate adoption and expansion of the Akeyless platform within our install base
  • Provide customer support at times outside of normal business hours
  • Learn our customers business and challenges and develop best of breed solutions to address them
  • Create added value for the customer as a trusted advisor

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing support role, such as Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Engineer, Professional Services, or a similar
  • Proven experience working with Kubernetes, Docker, Linux - must
  • Proven experience working with one, or more CSPs (AWS, Azure, GCP) - must
  • Past experience that combines sales orientation and technical skillset 
  • Exceptional communication skills

Advantage:

  • Knowledge in CI/CD, IaC, and Config-Management tools
  • Experience working in the Cyber Security or DevOps domains
  • Security knowledge domains: Identity Management (IDM), Identity Providers (i.e Okta, Ping), Certificate Management (CMS), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Encryption Key Management System (KMS), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Hardware Security Modules (HSM) and Zero-Trust Access (ZTA)
  • Experience in Scripting/programming

Base salary: $140K-$160K

In addition: Bonus + Company Stock Options + Benefits

The compensation package depends on experience
