EvenUp is hiring a Customer Success Enablement Manager to build and own enablement programs for our growing CS team. Reporting to the Director of GTM Enablement, this person will be responsible for designing and executing onboarding and ongoing training to help CSMs ramp quickly, retain customers, and drive expansion. You’ll work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Revenue Enablement to create scalable programs that improve team performance and customer outcomes.
We’re looking for someone who has been a CSM at a B2B SaaS company and has experience building enablement programs from the ground up. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, operating with limited resources, and moving quickly to deliver value. This is a high-impact role for someone who knows what good CS looks like and can translate that into effective training and content.
→ Remote - US: This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the United States.
What you'll do:
Design and manage onboarding programs for new CSMs
Build and deliver ongoing enablement (everboarding) for the CS team
Partner with CS leadership to identify training needs and success metrics
Tailor existing enablement content to fit CS workflows and goals
Act as the primary enablement contact for Customer Success
What we look for:
Experience as a CSM at a B2B SaaS company, with enablement ownership
Proven ability to build programs from scratch in fast-paced environments
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Comfort with ambiguity and a “figure-it-out” mindset
Passion for helping CS teams scale and improve performance
