About The Role

We are looking for a smart and driven leader to have a direct impact on the future of our business by helping to influence global adoption of our award-winning Picus Security Validation Platform.

Picus Security is looking for a seasoned, hardworking, and overachieving Customer Success Architect (CSA) with proven experience and a passion for executing value-driven security solutions. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, expanding our platform capabilities, and retaining our Enterprise customer base. The CSA will create customer value and contribute to the overall sales team and business success. This position requires that the candidate be an industry subject matter expert with business acumen.

The role will align with the Regional Sales VP, Technical Director, Product Management, as well as supporting roles in Channel, Marketing, and Customer Success. The CSA will work within our Customer Value Office and collaborate within the Sales organization to define solutions for Enterprise Customers while aligning with Partners to accelerate revenue and strategic growth initiatives. The position requires a seasoned Customer Success profile with a proven track record of revenue growth and team collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Refine and scale core customer success processes such as onboarding, adoption planning, platform expansion, health monitoring, and quarterly business reviews
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to drive product adoption, demonstrate value realization, and identify expansion opportunities
  • Lead customer advocacy initiatives including case studies, reference calls, and participation in customer advisory boards
  • Represent Picus customer success stories and best practices at events, panels, and webinars
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer experience and resolution of escalations
  • Provide customer-driven feedback on product enhancements and feature requests
  • Willing to travel within the US for on-site customer meetings, training sessions, and key industry events

What You Have

  • BS degree or combination of education and pre-sales/customer success experience in Security, Cloud, and Network Systems
  • At least five years of experience working within a Sales Engineering or Customer Success role
  • Demonstrated success building executive relationships and driving strategic account planning
  • Broad technology experience including risk visibility and prioritization, cloud architecture, networking, security, and IT transformation
  • Understand the architecture/design of solutions built on-prem and cloud
  • Experience managing complex customer lifecycles from onboarding through renewal and expansion
  • Demonstrated ability to be consultative, proactive, and outcome focused
