Job Responsibilities:
Customer Backlog and Cum Management:
Responsible for managing daily customer backlog report and following the escalation process to ensure resolution of outstanding issues and provide timely recovery plan to the customer.
Daily review of Customer Cum's compared to the internal system to ensure there is no discrepancy.
Prompt resolution of discrepancies once identified.
Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs):
Generate and transmit ASNs to customers, providing detailed information on shipment contents and expected delivery dates.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate ASN creation.
Portals Management:
Utilize customer portals for release management and communication.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of information on portals, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
Collaborate with the Materials team to update the MP&L Power Bi site 'On-Target' system by updating monthly KPI data.
Materials Management Operations Guideline (MMOG):
Implement and adhere to MMOG guidelines for efficient and standardized materials management.
Work with Materials Lead to conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with MMOG requirements and recommend improvements as needed.
Bulletins:
Disseminate relevant bulletins to internal teams from customers regarding planned and unplanned plant downtime, new or system updates, shipping guidelines, or other critical information.
