Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):
Purpose: This candidate will be the main point of contact to answer questions (operational) and provide customer services to the clients, so as to ensure the product runs smoothly and collect feedback for improvement. This candidate will support other customer service tasks when needed.
Must have -
- Both Mandarin and English are required due to internal and external communication with the teams and clients.
- Around 3 years of experience
- Can handle tough customers - B2B or B2C
- Flexible when required, can work in evening times
