- Respond to client or patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Document interactions and maintain records
- Escalate complex issues appropriately
Requirements:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Must live in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S.
