Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- The Entry Level Customer Service Representative will verify confidential customer information and qualify potential customers
- Maintain and update customer information accurately and in a timely manner
- Pay close attention to detail and actively listen to customer concerns to find the best possible solution
- Meet consumers directly and interact in a pleasant, positive, and professional manner at all times
- Execute events and coordinate with fellow team members on daily and weekly sales goals
- Collaborate with other team members to come up with creative solutions to further educate community members on the benefits of our program
- Stay updated on new products, service, and benefits we can offer potential new members
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Job Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, Volunteering or other related field
- Passionate about making a difference and interacting with the community
- Team oriented with the ability to problem solve independently
- Driven to further one's career and make an impact
