The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing professional, friendly, and timely assistance to customers through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. This position serves as a primary point of contact for customers, helping resolve questions and concerns, processing requests and transactions, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, live chat, social media, or other designated channels.

- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally, courteously, and efficiently.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, refunds, payments, account updates, and other customer requests as applicable.
- Track customer interactions, requests, complaints, and resolutions in the company's CRM or customer service system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved and expectations have been met.
- Escalate complex, sensitive, or unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Coordinate with sales, billing, operations, shipping, technical support, and other departments when necessary to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, systems, policies, and procedures.
- Provide customers with clear instructions and helpful information.
- Protect customer privacy and confidential account information.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during difficult or high-pressure interactions.
