We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as a primary point of contact for customers. The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries, resolve problems, process requests and orders, provide product or service information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and in person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, policies, pricing, and procedures.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Resolve complaints, concerns, and service issues while maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to supervisors or appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful customer experience throughout every interaction.

Orders and Account Support

  • Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and service requests.
  • Verify customer account information and update records when necessary.
  • Track orders, deliveries, appointments, or service requests.
  • Assist customers with billing, payment, account, and invoice questions.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, shipping, billing, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

Communication

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Explain company policies and procedures in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Handle difficult or upset customers calmly and respectfully.
  • Adapt communication style to different customer needs and situations.
  • Maintain professionalism across all written and verbal communications.

Problem Resolution

  • Investigate customer concerns and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Review account, order, or service information to identify problems.
  • Take ownership of customer issues from initial contact through resolution whenever possible.
  • Document complaints and resolutions accurately.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and communicate trends to management.
  • Follow established escalation procedures when an issue cannot be resolved independently.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and other company systems.
  • Enter customer information and transaction details accurately.
  • Prepare reports and maintain required documentation.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Protect confidential customer and company information.
  • Complete other administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service, retail, call center, hospitality, administrative, or related experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and office software.
  • Ability to learn CRM, ticketing, order management, and other customer service systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience using a CRM, help-desk, ticketing, or customer management system.
  • Experience handling high-volume customer inquiries.
  • Experience processing orders, returns, payments, or account requests.
  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a plus.
  • Previous experience in the company's industry is preferred but not required.
