In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, helping resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless brand experience. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Maintain ongoing comunication with clients - calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, effective solutions or escalations.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to guide customers and answer detailed questions.
- Record Keeping: Document all customer interactions, feedback, and ticket updates thoroughly in our CRM system.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (sales, product, billing, logistics) to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Recognize recurring customer pain points and share constructive feedback with management to help refine our workflows and resources.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: [1–3+] years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or client-facing roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with a clear, engaging tone and strong active listening skills.
- Technical Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk), helpdesk ticketing tools, and basic office software.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills with a knack for de-escalating tense situations with patience and tact.
- Adaptability: Capability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and handle shifting workloads during peak hours.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
