We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing a positive experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates well, and wants flexible, work-from-home opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
    •    Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
    •    Provide product or service information to customers
    •    Update records and maintain accurate customer information
    •    Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
    •    Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service
    •    Track and report customer interactions and feedback

Qualifications
    •    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    •    Patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability
    •    Basic computer skills and comfort using online tools
    •    Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
    •    Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
