Position Overview:

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our client brands at live promotional events, pop-up shops, and community activations. You’ll help connect consumers with products and services, provide outstanding customer support, and contribute to exciting marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent national brands at promotional events, trade shows, and retail activations

  • Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service, answering questions and resolving basic concerns

  • Educate consumers on products, services, promotions, and limited-time offers

  • Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and daily operations

  • Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure campaign success

  • Help create positive brand experiences and memorable customer interactions

  • Track and share customer feedback and engagement metrics with the team
