POSITION SUMMAY:

Under the general direction of the Shop Manager, incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of the customer service and client relations functions within the regional shop.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversees customer service department, serves as primary point of contact for all customer service inquires, sales, and escalations

2. Monitors jobs in production and communicates with managers regarding special instructions, proofs, and shipping info

3. Contacts clients with questions regarding specifications and/or questions of job submitted

4. Tracks production jobs from start to delivery and follows up with clients and/or the Major Account Manager to ensure projects were completed to their satisfaction

5. Coordinates customer service workforce to maintain contact with clients to drive future business

6. Provides price quotes for clients on special orders as needed

7. Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

2. 3 – 5 years direct customer service or related experience

3. Superior customer service ability and experience in working with clients both over the phone and in person

4. Stellar creative problem solving skills

5. Highly developed organizational ability

6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and head multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus

7. Ability to speak knowledgably regarding company capabilities and make recommendations based on client needs
