Job Description

This is a full-time remote Customer Onboarding Specialist position. We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support new clients during their onboarding process and assist with documentation. You will also work with task management tools, AI services for research, and other digital platforms.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience working with English-speaking clients

  • Fluent English (C1+) and Russian (C1+) (our technical team is primarily Belarusians, communicating internally in Russian, while documentation and most interactions with the US-based team are in English)

  • Experience with business documentation and task management tools (e.g., Monday.com)

  • High attention to detail, tech-savviness, and ability to quickly adapt to digital tools

  • Ability to work full-time during Pacific Time hours (ideally based in LATAM or comfortable aligning with US working hours)

  • Legal residency in a country where Wise (formerly TransferWise) operates

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience using AI tools for research and support tasks
