The Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our Austin team. In this role, you’ll manage the full onboarding and implementation process for new clients — guiding them through a smooth transition, ensuring accurate data setup, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This position is client-facing, requires strong analytical skills, and involves extensive work with Excel and data management.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in Excel (data cleaning, formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
  • A genuine passion for working closely with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong project management skills — able to manage multiple clients and timelines simultaneously.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within SaaS - an advantage.

Salary range for this position - $65K/yr - $70K/yr
