Role Overview
- Develop & support the Saudi Technic JPC team to meet current and future business needs.
- Provide oversight support for ST MRO Planning, Materials, Customer Support and Repair processes
- Work as part of a cross functional GE Team focused on delivering sustainable TAT & efficiency improvements within ST MRO,
- Assist in the development and implementation of a ST Repair Strategy and growth plan aligned to machine capability and available repair licenses.
- Support the ST team in the development and execution of a shop transition plan
- Develop and use data-based metrics to monitor performance and to champion continuous improvement for the customer across multiple workstreams.
- Maintain GE business metrics providing regular updates to MRO Program Leadership team, project core team & senior steering committee.
- Implement a standardized communication process and metrics pack
- Assist in the development, reporting and analysis of first-time yield in the repair processes.
- Actively support & encourage the use of Lean Six Sigma and change management tools & techniques.
The Ideal Candidate
- Lean Six Sigma Experience
- Project management experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and experience in MRO environment
- MRO Process knowledge
- Strong interpersonal, coaching and leadership skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

- CFM Engine knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong mentoring skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
