Position Summary
Lansweeper is seeking a Customer Marketing Specialist on a 6-month contract to support the go-to-market efforts of our combined Lansweeper + Redjack solution. This role is designed for a hands-on, campaign-savvy marketer who knows how to deepen customer engagement and drive adoption, upsell, and cross-sell within an existing base.
You'll plan and execute targeted customer marketing campaigns that highlight Redjack's advanced capabilities-such as passive network discovery and application dependency mapping (ADM)-for our existing customer base, with a strong emphasis on enterprise, global strategic, and mid-market segments.

What You'll Do
Customer Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns focused on adoption, upsell, and cross-sell of the Lansweeper + Redjack solution
- Build segmented programs aligned to customer profile, lifecycle stage, and high-impact use cases
- Run campaigns across channels: email, webinars, digital ads, nurture streams, in-app (e.g., Pendo), and partner co-marketing
- Focus messaging on use cases such as cybersecurity visibility, BCDR planning, AI usage tracking, and CMDB enrichment
Go-to-Market Enablement & Alignment
- Work closely with product marketing and customer success to align campaign timing and messaging
- Support field and account-based marketing to activate specific customer segments
Campaign Optimization & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Salesforce, Pardot, GA4, Discern, or Power BI
- Drive improvements through testing, measurement, and iteration
- Report on impact to customer engagement, product usage, and expansion pipeline
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with sales, account management, and customer success to align messaging with growth goals
- Be the marketing point person for Redjack customer campaigns and GTM activation
Content Coordination
- Help produce or adapt emails, landing pages, one-pagers, webinars, onboarding flows, and use-case-driven campaign assets
- Ensure messaging clearly communicates the unique value of the combined Lansweeper + Redjack solution and resonates with both IT and security audiences.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of B2B demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or campaign execution experience (SaaS preferred)
- Proven ability to run customer-focused campaigns to midmarket and enterprise accounts that drive product adoption and upsell.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot), Salesforce, and performance reporting tools
- Strong grasp of the IT and/or cybersecurity buyer journey
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage cross-functional input and deadlines
- Clear communicator with a bias for action and optimization
