The Customer Marketing Manager will execute marketing campaigns, engage customers, develop content, and optimize campaign performance while collaborating with various teams.

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager with 5 years of experience to help build and launch impactful marketing programs that engage, retain, and grow our existing customer base. This role is highly hands-on in execution - collaborating with cross-functional teams on campaign ideation while taking ownership of campaign build, launch, and optimization. You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Sales to deliver programs that demonstrate value and drive adoption of FireMon solutions.
What You'll Do
- Build and launch customer campaigns in Marketo - including emails, nurture flows, landing pages, and event promotions.
- Create and deploy paid display ads in 6sense, targeting customer segments for retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Manage campaign workflows, timelines, QA, and reporting to ensure smooth execution.
- Segment and target customer audiences based on lifecycle stage, industry, and product usage.
- Develop newsletters, webinars, in-product messaging, and other tactics to deepen product adoption.
- Support Customer Success with communications that improve onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
- Partner with Field and Events teams on customer events, workshops, and virtual programs.
- Drive different programs that help create FireMon advocates who then leave positive reviews on 3rd party sites – and manage some of those 3rd party site relationships.
- Help create content that resonated with customers and incorporates customer tone/language.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to create customer-facing content such as solution briefs, adoption guides, and product updates.
- Provide Sales and Customer Success with ready-to-use campaign assets to drive retention and growth.
- Track campaign performance and report on engagement, adoption, and pipeline influenced.
- Continuously test, analyze, and refine campaigns for improved results.
- Use AI segmentation to help cluster by behavior, product usage, expansion potential and sentiment
- Be innovative in your approach and design for in product prompts, customer case studies, and your overall approach

What We're Looking For
- ~5 years of marketing experience with at least 2+ years of hands-on Marketo campaign execution (must-have).
- Experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation programs.
- Strong campaign-building skills: email, landing pages, nurture programs, paid display ads, event workflows.
- Familiarity with 6sense for targeting and deployment.
- Solid understanding of CRM and marketing automation integration (Salesforce + Marketo preferred).
- Highly organized project manager with ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Self-starter who thrives in execution but also enjoys collaborating on new ideas.
