About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Manager, Lifecycle & Release Marketing to help our customers get more out of Attentive by driving awareness of new and existing products, features, and use cases across the customer lifecycle.

In this role, you’ll lead strategic marketing campaigns that spotlight the value Attentive delivers across our growing suite of solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Attentive approaches product storytelling by helping our customers discover what’s new, understand how it benefits their business, and feel confident exploring new ways to drive results. From lifecycle campaigns to educational webinars to personalized outreach, you'll use your customer-centric marketing expertise to create moments that inspire customer action in support of the team’s retention and upsell goals. 

What You’ll Accomplish

Product Awareness & Engagement

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness and adoption of new product releases, updates, and features across our customer base
  • Own Attentive quarterly product update webinars jointly with Product Marketing
  • Partner with Product Marketing on monthly newsletter and other rolling customer comms focused on updates across the product lifecycle
  • Partner with Customer Education on designing and executing onboarding campaigns
  • Develop compelling narratives and campaigns tailored to different customer segments—from day-to-day users to senior decision-makers

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to showcase how Attentive activates against the voice of the customer & unlocks new value for customers
  • Partner with Content and Product Marketing to develop resources such as blogs, ebooks, and video content that drive engagement
  • Align with Product Marketing on go-to-market strategies for launches and major updates, with a focus on our existing customer base

Measurement & Optimization

  • Define and track success metrics for awareness and adoption campaigns, ensuring efforts tie to key business goals.
  • Use customer and campaign data to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and inform future strategy.
  • Regularly share insights and outcomes with stakeholders and leadership to demonstrate business impact.

Your Expertise

  • Experience: 5+ years in customer marketing, lifecycle, growth marketing, product marketing, or a related role, ideally with a focus on SaaS or B2B tech.
  • Expertise: Skilled in developing and executing integrated campaigns, webinars, and email nurture programs.
  • Storytelling: Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to translate product benefits into customer value.
  • Collaboration: Adept at working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Data-Driven: Confident in using marketing analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and drive decisions.

For US based applicants:

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $95,200 - $115,000 annually + equity + benefits
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
