Position Overview

The Digital Analytics Implementation & Migration Lead is responsible for designing, governing, and scaling enterprise analytics solutions that enable accurate measurement of digital customer journeys across channels. This role will play a key part in LPL Financial’s transition from Adobe Analytics (AA) to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), ensuring unified data collection and reporting across web, mobile, and enterprise systems.

The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering by defining tagging frameworks, maintaining data governance standards, and ensuring data quality across analytics implementations. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience with Adobe Analytics implementations while leading migration efforts to CJA to enable cross-channel insights and real-time decision-making.

Core ResponsibilitiesAdobe Analytics Implementation & Governance
  • Lead the design and implementation of Adobe Analytics across web and mobile applications.

  • Define and maintain scalable data layer architectures to support consistent tracking across digital touchpoints.

  • Implement and maintain tagging frameworks using Apollo to streamline configuration, governance, and documentation.

  • Conduct QA and validation of tagging implementations to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

  • Establish governance standards, documentation, and best practices to maintain analytics data integrity.

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Migration
  • Lead the migration from Adobe Analytics to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

  • Translate existing Adobe Analytics metrics, dimensions, and events into CJA schemas and data connections.

  • Partner with data engineering teams to integrate CRM, CDP, and marketing systems into CJA.

  • Oversee reconciliation and validation of data between AA and CJA to ensure a successful migration.

  • Enable adoption of CJA dashboards and cross-channel reporting capabilities across business stakeholders.

Cross-Channel Analytics & Insights
  • Build an enterprise analytics framework to measure customer journeys across digital channels and devices.

  • Ensure analytics implementations support attribution modeling, journey analysis, and personalization use cases.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to deliver insights that drive experience optimization.

Enterprise Collaboration & Transformation
  • Partner with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align analytics implementations with strategic business goals.

  • Work with enterprise data teams to integrate Adobe platforms with Snowflake for advanced analytics and reporting.

  • Promote a data-driven culture by educating stakeholders on analytics capabilities, governance, and best practices.

  • Stay current with Adobe platform innovations, Apollo capabilities, and industry trends in cross-channel measurement.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing Adobe Analytics across web and mobile platforms.

  • Proven experience working with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), including schema design and data connections.

  • Hands-on experience configuring Apollo to support Adobe Analytics or CJA implementations.

  • Strong knowledge of tag management systems such as Adobe Launch or similar tools.

  • Experience working with data layers, JavaScript, SDKs, APIs, and mobile frameworks (iOS/Android).

  • Familiarity with QA and validation tools such as Adobe Experience Platform Debugger or ObservePoint.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics.

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, or Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

  • Proven experience using Apollo to manage analytics implementation lifecycles.

  • Experience integrating Adobe platforms with CRM, CDP, and marketing automation systems.

  • Knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and large-scale digital transformation programs.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on digital analytics leader with strong expertise in Adobe Analytics implementation and customer journey measurement. They are comfortable operating at the intersection of technical implementation and strategic transformation, guiding organizations through complex analytics migrations and modernization initiatives.

They are passionate about building scalable analytics solutions that move organizations beyond siloed reporting toward a unified, cross-channel view of the customer experience.
The base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $150,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
