SUMMARY


Artera is hiring a Customer Growth Marketing Manager to join our Integrated Marketing & Communications team, reporting to our VP of Product Marketing. This is an individual contributor role. You will be a highly visible leader who collaborates and partners across all areas of the organization. 


You’ll lead campaigns aimed at driving customer loyalty and expansion through product awareness and adoption. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our existing customers continue to derive value from our products, are aware of capabilities that can benefit their business, and are identifying opportunities for cross-selling. 


You’ll design messages and touchpoints for Artera’s customers, supporting them in progressing through their journey including onboarding, adoption, and ongoing health to help secure renewals. You’ll share the value and benefits of Artera through the lens of the customer by teaming up with other cross-functional teams to bring customer successes to life in launches, webinars and keynote events.


The ideal candidate has strong relationship-building skills, is a strategic problem solver, has excellent written and visual communication skills, and relishes operating in a fast-paced, ambitious, and competitive environment. You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in healthcare / digital health and driving mutual successful growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
  • Develop, plan and execute targeted campaigns, email sequences, and content initiatives to engage/nurture existing customers to expand and grow accounts.
  • Update new ways to create customer champions and drive deeper product usage (e.g., newsletters, in-app content/guides, email nurtures, webinars to create a journey).
  • Partner with Product and Customer Experience to maximize usage of Pendo to improve product knowledge, drive conversion to feature adoption, increase awareness. 
  • Lead and drive a strategy to increase Beta/EA candidates and attendance in Product Quarterly Customer Webinar; develop an ongoing customer webinar strategy.
  • Partner with Customer Experience to maintain the Customer References Program & Tooling. 
  • Utilize data analytics to assess campaign performance, customer behavior, and ROI to continuously optimize marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and customer constituencies, including Creative, Legal, Finance, Customer Support, Sales and Marketing guides.
  • Partner with Customer Experience/MarComms to identify customer speakers for events, webinars, stories.
  • Define strategy, process, and metrics, and execute plans to automate supporting processes and measurement tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ to 10 years of marketing experience in customer growth marketing, integrated campaigns, content marketing, and has worked on integrated marketing teams.
  • Proven experience in healthcare and SaaS (ideally both).
  • Deep understanding of the buyer journey and a demand-focused content strategy.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, engage diverse stakeholders, bring out the best in people, make people feel heard, and drive programming forward. 
  • Bias for action, can handle multiple priorities and under pressure; quick decision-making skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and high-level of professionalism, understands our customers’ needs, makes them the hero and always leads with a customer-first attitude.
  • Can-do attitude with a solver/builder approach, willing to learn and listen, as well as coach and help other Artera team members.
  • Player, but also comfortable wearing the hat of a coach (to CSMs), is able to set strategy and then implement - this is a hands-on role with expectations to produce (e.g., excellent verbal and written communications are a must). 
  • Desired tech stack experience: Gainsight, Salesforce, Pendo, Google Slides, Lumen5, Canva, Excel, and Looker. 
  • Available to travel 1-2 times per quarter.

  • Demand Generation, Customer Advisory Board creation/management, Product-led growth experience, healthcare (provider)/IT persona knowledge

  • Effective cross-department collaboration resulting in becoming a trusted partner/leader.
  • Helping Artera meet or exceed its customer expansion goals on an annual basis. 
  • Contribute to uncovering sales opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) as a result of your efforts.
  • Improved Customer Health Score - your activities influence the score positively with Customer Experience. 
  • Contribute to progressing Customer Success Plans with your campaign activities.
  • Develop the strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead the execution of customer advocacy programs that build loyalty and product awareness.
