This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives at the intersection of customer engagement, vendor collaboration, and solution enablement. You'll work closely with internal teams, reseller partners, and Microsoft stakeholders to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and build scalable programs that accelerate revenue and platform adoption.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify opportunities to increase Microsoft solution usage and adoption through data-driven insights.

  • Support customers with training, onboarding, and enablement efforts to improve digital engagement and experience.

  • Manage a defined portfolio of Microsoft customers and vendors, developing tailored solution strategies.

  • Collaborate across the GTM (Go-to-Market) organization to ensure a unified and innovative approach to Microsoft offerings.

  • Stay ahead of technology trends and Microsoft’s product evolution to ensure market competitiveness.

  • Assist in pre-sales and business development activities including solution demos, technical consultations, and proposal creation.

  • Provide strategic support to the sales team by crafting value-driven collateral, decks, and messaging around Microsoft offerings.

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand goals and challenges, delivering solutions that meet their evolving business needs.

  • Maintain close partnerships with Microsoft stakeholders to remain informed on product updates, campaigns, and market opportunities.

  • Leverage vendor resources to deliver enhanced value, drive marketing initiatives, and expand channel reach.

What You Bring to the Team

  • 2+ years of experience in a program management, sales enablement, or customer success role in the tech industry.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft products and/or cloud platform ecosystems (Azure, Microsoft 365, etc.).

  • Proven ability to deliver results through cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and vendor teams.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and stakeholder management experience.

  • Proactive mindset with outstanding problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer-first orientation.

  • Adaptability to navigate fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Why Join Ingram Micro?

  • Be part of a global technology leader driving the digital future.

  • Join a collaborative, diverse, and forward-thinking team.

  • Access to training, career growth, and advancement opportunities.

  • Help scale world-class Microsoft solutions through innovative platforms.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
