FireMon is looking for a technically curious and motivated Customer Experience Operations Intern to support our CX Operations team. This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working across customer systems, analytics, AI initiatives, and operational processes within a fast-paced technology environment.
You’ll work alongside experienced professionals while contributing to projects that improve efficiency, customer experience, and operational visibility across the business.

What you'll do

  • Assist with managing and analyzing data across multiple platforms including CRM, CX, Support, and communication tools
  • Support CX leadership with operational initiatives, reporting, and AI-focused projects
  • Help optimize workflows and improve operational processes
  • Assist with integrations and automation efforts using APIs and webhooks
  • Contribute to reporting dashboards and data analysis using SQL and Python
  • Support the design of AI prompts and conversational logic for customer-facing chatbot experiences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organisation

What we're looking for

  • Interest in Customer Experience, Operations, Data Analytics, or AI-driven technologies
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or automation tools is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
