Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our growing team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. You will play a key role in creating positive experiences, addressing inquiries, and supporting the daily operations of the organization.
