As a Customer Engineer, you will debug issues, optimize queries, assist customers in Slack, and ensure customer outcomes while communicating effectively.

live in customer slack channels, helping to solve problems
own customer outcomes
must have:
typist - you can write well and can explain complex ideas simply
linux - you're comfortable in terminals and reading logs
python or javascript/typescript - for reproducing issues and building solutions
human - you build trust and keep things productive when everything's on fire
systematic - you methodically work through problems until you've found the root cause
nice to have:
k8s experience
vector search or full-text search background
experience with the major cloud platforms
