Are you ready to make an impact in the world of consumer banking?
As a Customer Analytics Data Scientist Lead, within the Affluent, Core, and Emerging team, you will bring a strong background in data analysis, focusing on understanding customer behavior and trends within the consumer banking sector and serve as a backup for user experience research, providing valuable insights to enhance our customer interactions and product offerings.
Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights and conduct in-depth analysis of consumer banking data.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate qualitative and quantitative data and study customer behavior and predict future trends.
  • Support UX research by analyzing user interactions and feedback and implement research methods to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop strategic initiatives for business growth and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Lead initiatives ensuring team collaboration for strategic goals and work with Strategy, Finance, and DCE stakeholders.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in data analysis, preferably within the consumer banking industry.
  • Experience in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a focus on integrating diverse perspectives and methodologies.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Masters Degree
