The Custom & Quick Turn Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategic development and execution of G/FORE’s custom apparel and accessories program. This role leads the end-to-end process for both current and future initiatives, including product road mapping, cross-functional collaboration, and budget oversight. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of product personalization and customization trends.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop and execute innovative strategies for Custom and Quick Turn (QT) programs to support business growth and enhance customer experience.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and production partners to deliver custom product solutions.
  • Define project scopes, set deadlines, and manage timelines to ensure the efficient execution of custom and quick turn initiatives.
  • Partner closely with internal teams (design, merchandising, production, sales, IT) to identify and implement new product offerings and customization opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in personalization to drive continuous innovation.
  • Use data and insights to analyze the performance of customized offerings and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment on personalization goals and product delivery.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to optimize ROI and program success.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on consumer personalization preferences and behavior, integrating these insights into product and marketing strategies.

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5–7 years of experience in apparel production, product development, or project management.
  • Deep knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes and timelines.
  • Experience in IT or digital customization platform implementation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

The compensation for this position ranges from $105,000 to $125,000 and includes eligibility for bonus.
