Client Success Manager

Reports to: Manager, Client Success 

Location: Full time, US Remote (Colorado candidates preferred), minimal travel.

Compensation: $85-$105,000 base + performance bonus + equity


The Role

To support our continued growth, Enertiv is seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to build strategic client relationships, drive platform adoption, and help clients realize measurable business value. This individual will manage a portfolio of high-value clients, partnering closely with the Account Management (AM) team to drive retention and account growth while serving as the primary owner of customer health, adoption, value realization, and long-term success. This position reports directly to the Manager of Client Success and can be based remotely within the U.S.

This role represents a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving, mission-driven team that's helping modernize and decarbonize the real estate industry.



What You’ll Own
  • Partner with the Onboarding team throughout kickoff and implementation to ensure a strong foundation, accelerate time-to-value, and lead cross-functional resolution of client delivery and support issues across maintenance, data, software, and ESG workflows.
  • Own customer health by monitoring health signals, maintaining accurate account data, and proactively mitigating risk before issues impact retention.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focused on adoption, platform health, and value realization, while partnering with AM team on Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) centered on strategic outcomes and long-term business value.
  • Partner with the Asset Performance Services (APS) team to deliver client insights, measurement and verification (M&V) reporting, and proof-of-value deliverables that reinforce customer outcomes.
  • Partner with the AM team to identify expansion opportunities, support renewal planning, and advance long-term account growth through proactive forecasting and strategic account planning.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by surfacing client feedback and market insights to Product and Leadership to influence roadmap priorities and service improvements.
What Success Looks Like

First 90 Days:


  • Build a strong foundation: Complete Enertiv platform and industry onboarding, establish relationships with key client stakeholders, and confidently articulate Enertiv's value proposition.
  • Successfully transition your portfolio: Deliver or schedule initial QBRs for priority accounts while maintaining accurate CRM data, customer health scores, and renewal forecasts.


Ongoing:


  • Drive customer value and adoption: Deliver impactful QBRs, increase platform engagement, and achieve 60%+ multi-product adoption by aligning Enertiv's solutions to customer business objectives.
  • Build trusted client partnerships: Develop relationships with two or more key stakeholders per account, serving as a strategic advisor to Asset Management, Sustainability/ESG, and Property Management leaders.
  • Support retention and account growth: Partner with the AM team to proactively mitigate risk, maintain 120%+ net revenue retention and 95%+ gross revenue retention, and advance upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities contributing to $500K+ in annual net new ARR.
  • Demonstrate strategic impact: Consistently reinforce business value, strengthen executive alignment, and help customers achieve measurable operational and sustainability outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:


  • 3+ years of client success, account management, or other client-facing experience in B2B SaaS managing a portfolio of customers and driving retention, renewals, and account growth.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder customer relationships.
  • Highly organized and data-driven, with experience using customer health metrics, CRM systems, and business insights to prioritize work and manage a portfolio effectively.


Preferred:


  • Experience in PropTech, commercial real estate technology, or real estate operations, with familiarity working with building owners, property managers, or asset managers.
  • Familiarity with energy management, utility data, sustainability reporting (LL97, GRESB, ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, etc.), or adjacent sustainability technologies.
  • Experience with Zoho CRM and Notion.

Location

Full time, US Remote (Colorado candidates preferred), minimal travel. 

Compensation

$85,000 to $105,000 with potential performance bonus and equity.
