Token Metrics is hiring a creative and charismatic UGC Content Creator who thrives on short-form video storytelling and is deeply tapped into crypto culture. You'll be the on-camera personality behind content that entertains, educates, and converts, built natively for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.


Job PurposeThe UGC Content Creator will play a critical role in producing authentic, engaging short-form video content that captures Token Metrics’ voice and makes complex crypto topics fun, relatable, and viral-ready. You’ll help drive awareness, engagement, and brand credibility through UGC-style content optimized for today’s attention economy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Film and produce 5–10 short-form UGC videos weekly for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Act as the on-camera talent for videos that explain, react to, or offer opinions on crypto trends, tokens, or market updates.
  • Write short scripts or talking points based on trending topics, news, or provided briefs.
  • Stay up to date on platform trends, audios, meme formats, and viral hooks.
  • Collaborate with marketing, research, and creative teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Review analytics to iterate on performance and optimize future content.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience creating UGC-style content with a portfolio of TikToks, Reels, or Shorts.
  • Confident on camera with a natural, relatable delivery style.
  • Strong understanding of short-form video storytelling, pacing, hooks, and engagement techniques.
  • Comfortable scripting, shooting, and editing your own videos using tools like CapCut, InShot, or native app editors.
  • Deep interest and understanding of crypto, Web3, NFTs, or financial education content.
  • Ability to create both educational and entertaining content that resonates with a crypto-curious audience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing audience or content experience in the crypto, fintech, or investing niche.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, IG, and Shorts platform features and creator tools.
  • Understanding of marketing principles, including CTAs, audience targeting, and brand voice.
  • Experience with performance tracking tools like TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or YouTube Studio.
