What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management, with at least 1 year in the crypto, DeFi, or blockchain space, focusing on L1/L2 blockchain or DeFi protocols. Previous experience as a software engineer is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of blockchain architectures, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract development. Familiarity with the Cosmos SDK and ecosystem tools is advantageous.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive product strategy from ideation to execution.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

- Driving Product Strategy: Leading the development and execution of product roadmaps for L1/L2 blockchain solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
- Collaborating with Engineering Teams: Working closely with developers to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient blockchain infrastructure.
- Engaging with the Community: Interacting with developers, users, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, identify pain points, and prioritize features that enhance the ecosystem.
- Monitoring Industry Trends: Staying abreast of the latest developments in blockchain technology, DeFi, and related fields to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
