As a Cruise Specialist, you’ll assist clients with selecting and booking cruise vacations, onboard experiences, excursions, and travel packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recommend cruise lines and itineraries
  • Book cabins, transportation, and excursions
  • Provide clients with cruise documentation and itineraries
  • Assist with changes, upgrades, and travel support
  • Stay informed on cruise promotions and destinations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service


Requirements Qualifications
