We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed, and technically-minded CRO Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced growth team. This is a role for someone who loves structure, thrives on juggling multiple projects, and is passionate about making sure every piece of the puzzle fits exactly right.
You’ll be the operational brain behind our CRO processes – managing project workflows, writing crystal-clear briefs, catching every inconsistency, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you get a thrill from color-coded spreadsheets, bulletproof QA, and inbox-zero discipline – this role might be your calling.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in operations, project management, or marketing coordination
- Exceptionally organized with zero tolerance for sloppiness or ambiguity.
- Naturally curious, proactive, and hungry to understand how things work.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with marketing tools, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
- Able to think 3 steps ahead and anticipate operational needs before they arise.
- A master communicator – clear, concise, and assertive.
- Thrive in high-speed, high-accountability environments with lots of moving parts.
- English at a very high level – spoken and written.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track dozens of simultaneous CRO projects with precision and accountability.
- Write detailed technical and creative briefs for designers, developers, and copywriters.
- Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders – and follow up until every open loop is closed.
- Monitor incoming assets, feedback, and data – and identify what’s missing, broken, or unclear.
- Own the QA process across landing pages, funnels, and A/B tests.
- Build operational systems and processes that help the CRO team move faster and smarter.
- Troubleshoot issues in real-time and proactively prevent bottlenecks or delays.
